Nose: The nose is quite aromatic with toasted cereal, sweet vanilla, and dried banana chips. Very lovely experience on the nose.
Palate: Moving on to the taste, the rye shows a medium body with a tangy profile. The fruit notes on the palate move on to a nutty trail mix with coconut and chocolate shavings. Overall, the whiskey is bittersweet and has the spices well integrated.
Finish: Some savory jerky notes on the finish.
