This expression is a 14 year old cask strength single malt, which was initially aged in first and second-fill American oak barrels, before being moved over to Oloroso sherry puncheons for two years. Following that, it was bottled up at 55.4% ABV, and it packs full-bodied flavour profile of chocolatey coffee, candied tropical fruit, and festive spice.

A UK exclusive from GlenAllachie distillery, initially matured in 1st and 2nd fill American oak barrels then re-racked into Oloroso sherry butts and further matured for a further 2 years, adding rich bold dark fruit and indulgent chocolate notes. A limited release bottled in 2021 at cask strength, 55.4% vol.
GlenAllachie Aged 14 Years Tasting Note
Nose: Ginger, cinnamon, coffee beans, pineapple, and molasses.
Palate: Richly chocolatey, with continued espresso hints. Mango, red apple, a touch of pepper.
Finish: Golden syrup cake, almonds, raisins, ginger again.
